Scope of services

Tools for receiving buyer payments in USDC, issuing refunds, and viewing payment history.
Loyalty and campaign management, including buyer rewards and redemption controls.
When a buyer pays, USDC moves to your JuzePay wallet. You can also save an address to receive USDC.
Operational notifications via SMS and email for risk, payments, and account events.

Onboarding, KYC/KYB, and verification

Merchants must complete KYB and provide accurate business and ownership details.
Business verification and risk checks are required before you can receive payments.
We may request additional documents or suspend access if verification fails or risk signals are detected.

Payments and fees

When a buyer pays, USDC moves from the buyer’s wallet to your wallet. JuzePay keeps its fee from that same payment. Loyalty value is held until the buyer redeems it.
Sale proceeds are not held and sent later. Holds may be placed for risk or disputes.
Fees follow the mutually agreed pricing. Taxes are the merchant’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Data handling & privacy

We minimize data and do not retain personally identifiable data beyond what is necessary for compliance, fraud monitoring, and contractual performance.
Each merchant has a JuzePay wallet. Payments arrive there when the buyer pays.
Access to dashboards and APIs is role-based; merchants must manage user access and credentials for their staff.

Security, compliance, and acceptable use

Merchants must comply with applicable laws. JuzePay payments are USDC transfers, not card or bank-transfer payments.
Prohibited uses include unlawful transactions, money laundering, and high-risk prohibited goods or services.
We may suspend or terminate service for suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal requests.

Support, disputes, and chargebacks/returns

Contact support for operational issues.
Merchants must respond promptly to information requests about a payment.
Refunds and adjustments must be processed through JuzePay tools so the ledger stays accurate.

Service updates and changes

We may update features without materially reducing core functionality; notice will be provided for material changes.
Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
